Barbara Weiler is an accredited National Garden Clubs Master Flower Show Judge, 6-time flower show chairman and member of the Vista Garden Club, California Garden Clubs, National Garden Clubs and the Southwestern Judges Council.  

She is a frequent designer for the Palomar District Floral Design Forum and has presented design workshops and programs for garden clubs, civic groups and the CGCI Convention. She is the current Chairman for the Floral Art Designers, a design guild started in 1989 by some of the great NGC Designers.
