OFAD Now has three ways to register and pay for the seminar

• Register online and pay with your credit card: Click on the Credit Card or PayPal Buttons
• Register online and send us your check
• Fill out the downloadable form and send with your check
  

Note: You must purchase a membership in OFAD to attend Seminar 2024 if you are not currently a member.
Workshops not included in Seminar price and must be purchased separately.

Please print your order number in the memo area of the check.

NO Registration will be accepted by mail after 7/28/2024, however registration will be accepted at the event.
NO Refunds will be made after 7/28/2024 and your payment will be considered a donation to OFAD.
All Refunds are subject to a three percent handling fee.
