OFAD Now has three ways to register and pay for the seminar

• Register online and pay with your credit card: Click on the Credit Card or PayPal Buttons
• Register online and send us your check
• Fill out the downloadable form and send with your check
  

Note: You must purchase a membership in OFAD to attend Seminar 2026 if you are not currently a member.
Workshops notincluded in Seminar price and must be purchased separately along with your purchase of a 4 Day or 1 Day Pass.

Please print your order number in the memo area of the check.

NO Registration will be accepted by mail after 7/31/2026, however registration will be accepted at the event.
NO Refunds will be made after 7/31/2026 and your payment will be considered a donation to OFAD.
All Refunds are subject to a three percent handling fee.
