Designer and owner of FLAIR – Floral Art, a design studio in Portola Valley, Cheryl’s work is all custom designed and focuses on events, and one of a kind designs for both residential and commercial clients.

In the Floral industry for close to 30 years now, Cheryl originally studied design through the Floristry Department at the College of San Mateo. Competing through SAIFD and independently, Cheryl has won awards both locally and on the national level.  She went through the accreditation process for AIFD, the American Institute of Floral Designers, and was inducted in 2007.

Cheryl believes strongly in continuing education, and that we never stop learning.  Also in sharing her knowledge, and educating others.  She has studied with, and continues to study with several international designers. She has participated in the prestigious Bouquets to Art at the DeYoung Museum in San Francisco for the last eighteen years.

Floral design is a true passion for Cheryl. She finds inspiration everywhere, and as a result, there are always more ideas than time to explore them all!
