Workshop 3 – Tibbits + Zhang: “Hair Tie Design + Bamboo Structures” Friday 10AM-12PM

2 Topic Workshop – 1 Low Price

In Part 1 of this workshop students will design with colorful hair scrunchies, a readily accessible premade material. Toni Tibbits AIFD will demonstrate how to utilize these ideas in many different types of arrangements. Design philosophies will also be explored.

In Part 2 students will create an architectural structure using Bamboo sticks. Katherine Zhang AIFD will guide participants through the creative process of developing an armature support and add flowers to make a floral display that can be used in many ways.
